Is it just me, or are we having some amazingly awesome winter weather this year? Chicago has been blessed (knock on wood!) with some seriously “warm” days, and I’m loving every minute of it! It may not be sunny, but it’s definitely unseasonably warm- and I’ll take what I can get! I’m happily enjoying taking my photos outdoors and enjoying the winter warmth! Have a great weekend, readers!

Fashion Huntress tips:
1) I recently discovered the Kate Spade kids line at Saks off Fifth (also available on their website). While many of the dresses in the biggest sizes just were not suited to an adult shape (and believe me, I tried!), the skirts and some of the tops fit just fine in the biggest sizes. So, if you’re in the market for some Kate Spade at reasonable prices, I recommend checking out the line at Saks off Fifth.
2) Sadly, this is the last post and photo memory of my boots that are no more. I wish them a fond farewell and thank everyone for the awesome tips on how to care for boots in winter! Any additional tips are welcome!
Anyone else trying out the Kate Spade kids line? The grown-up line? 🙂 Thanks so much for stopping by! I appreciate it so very much- happy weekend!
awesome winter weather style 🙂

You look lovely. That skirt is so pretty.
Bye bye, Boots. Our walk together has been long and winding and scenic but now we must go our separate paths… 🙂
such a cute & lovely combination! your necklace is super awesome, again. *sigh* ooh, and how sad to let go of your boots… but i’m sure you will find new, better ones! (sorry, i don’t really have any tip for caring for boots in the winter, the only boots i have that have lasted more than 3 winters are my heavy-duty CAT boots. very stylish. :p)
We’ve been having warmer temps too and I just can’t get enough either! Super cute skirt, looks beautiful on you. I’m guilty of shopping the kids section for basic t-shirts, sweaters and tank top 🙂 The fit is the same as a women’s small at a lot stores and it’s half the price…I say why not!

Such a cute look! You look adorable in this!
You know what happens when you wear out a pair of boots, don’t you? You need to go out and replace them immediately with a new pair! 😉 Happy shopping.
A striped skirt is always a classic! 🙂 xo~ Lena
