Happy Friday, readers! As you may remember, I have a lovely friend, Andrea, who came to visit a few months ago. These photos were taken by her, Andrea of A Spoonful of Sugar Baking, during her visit. I met Andrea many years ago while living in Sevilla, Spain…and our friendship has blossomed since then. It’s hard to believe you meet someone for a few months and then become friends for life, but that is our story! Anywho, these are the remaining photos from her visit. In the meantime, I’ve been crafting and planning away for the wedding…can’t wait to share those photos when the day finally arrives!
Dress: Betsey Johnson via thrift ($5, retails for approx $150)

Fashion Huntress tips:
1) I like how this dress really can be paired with a variety of tops. Below you can see how I paired it with a vest, a short sleeve blazer, and a long sleeve blazer. The vest is definitely the “edgiest” look, while the short sleeve blazer and long sleeve blazer add a more “casual” touch. Most dresses can be styled in the same way- so expand your options by pairing different accessories with your dresses!
2) In spite of all the changes and planning, we did manage to sneak in a relaxing weekend over Labor Day! Annabelle the dog took her first long road trip and boat ride. She loved the boat ride so much, we couldn’t get her off the boat! (Not a fashion tip, but I did want to share nonetheless)!
Anyone else layering and prepping for fall? I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend! Thanks so much for stopping by; I appreciate it so much!
Love the shoes! My favorite combo is the dress paired with the vest. Super cute.
When is your wedding? Congrats.

I like the edgy look of the vest. I agree – all dresses can be styled into a whole different look with a little bit of imagination!
