A lovely friend from many years ago recently suggested that I consider opening up a blog post to those of you who have also had a “wait…what? ….does this work…? should I change…no, I’ll keep it!” moment. Umm, this is a brilliant idea. I’d like to thank S for thinking of it, and messaging me with the suggestion!
So, readers, I welcome you to email me at: thefashionhuntress@gmail.com with any outfits you’ve thought, “Does this outfit make any sense? Yes, I’m going to own it and rock it!” Or, even if you’ve thought, does this make any sense and you’re still wondering if it did, please send the photos on down to me! As you’ve probably noticed in my photos, feel free to crop your face out if you’re not comfortable with showing it. Also, if you’re a fellow blogger, please include your website so that we can all check it out. I plan on compiling the photos for a post of how others are making fashion work for them.

Great idea! I feel like that often. Glad to hear I’m not the only one! I love all your colourful outfits. One of my absolute favourites is the one you posted wearing your floral skirt and striped shirt. Man, I love that skirt.

I think this a fantastic idea, I love the idea of seeing a bunch different takes on fashion in one spot! Are you going to do just one post or do it once a month? Is there a deadline to submit photo’s?

You have a really good eye to combine patterns and colours. For me, it’s definitely a thumbs up to every single outfit. Nevertheless, I have to recognize that the green skirt plus the striped top is one of my favourites. BTW I love the idea of the post 🙂

I have many moments where I feel the same…”Does this even work? Welp, I’m just going to walk out the door!” And I find that on those days, I tend to love how unique I feel in that outfit more so than on days where I walk out the door more confident in my outfit choice. Love all the outfits especially the very bottom right hand one! Might have to participate if you’re still doing this!:D
